MN Rush Team
01

Skill Development

Focused training tailored to each athlete's strengths and growth areas. We build technical skills, basketball IQ, and physical conditioning.

02

Exposure & Competition

Top-tier opportunities on the Prep Hoops Circuit. We showcase talent and cultivate an atmosphere of intense, meaningful competition.

03

Experienced Coaching

Coaches who mentor and inspire — many coach high school basketball and bring deep expertise and understanding of the athlete's journey.

This Isn't Your
Typical AAU Program.
"We built this program because developing players fundamentally, building IQ, and fostering real competition matters more than anything. Too much of AAU basketball has become about shortcuts and exposure over actual development. We don't buy into that. 4th–9th grade basketball should be about growing as an individual player, growing in a team setting with different teammates, and building a genuine love for the game — while competing hard every single time out."
— Minnesota Rush Coaching Staff

Effort Over Talent

We outwork opponents regardless of size, rankings, or hype.

Team > Individual

Stats never outweigh winning plays. Selfless basketball, always.

Growth Mindset

We teach, correct, and develop. Mistakes are part of progress.

Accountability

Players and coaches hold each other to standards. No exceptions.
